Welcome to Appointio. By booking an appointment through our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth, professional, and respectful experience for both our clients and our salon partners.

We are committed to providing a premium service. Please read these terms carefully before confirming your booking.

We understand that life happens and schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary. However, our salon partners reserve dedicated time for your service.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
• Rescheduling requests made within the 24-hour window will be treated as a cancellation.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

To ensure all clients receive their full service time, we ask that you arrive promptly. We offer a 10-minute grace period for unforeseen delays.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened to accommodate the next client, or rescheduled entirely. In such cases, the standard cancellation fee may apply.

Your safety is our priority. All our partner businesses adhere to strict sanitation protocols.

We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information is collected only to facilitate bookings and improve your experience on our platform.

We will never sell your data to third parties. Your information is shared only with the businesses you book with, and only the information necessary to complete your appointment.
